Atlanta-based real estate firm Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group has appointed Barry Olson to serve as senior managing director to lead expansion into Texas, according to a news release. He will be based in Coppell. Patterson hopes to offer its commercial real estate services to current and future clients across Texas. "Barry and I have known each other throughout the entirety of our 40-year careers, starting our first professional jobs together on the same day in Dallas in the early 1980s," Lance Patterson, founder and CEO of Patterson, said in the release.
