The incident involved an accident and a subsequent hit-and-run that left one person critically injured. According to authorities, the initial collision occurred when the driver of an 18-wheeler reported a silver Toyota Camry crossing multiple lanes of traffic. The Camry's sudden maneuver resulted in a collision with the large truck, causing both vehicles to come to a halt on the right side of I635.
