Brookfield is offloading a furniture distribution and showroom near Dallas. The Toronto-based company listed the 441,000-square-foot Havertys facility at 770 Gateway Boulevard in Coppell. JLL's Coler Yoakam , Parker McCormack and Pauli Kerr are marketing the property, which spans more than 26 acres. The facility was built in 1996 and has been expanded. Havertys occupies 100 percent of the property and has over 11 years left on its lease. Brookfield also listed some high-profile multifamily properties in downtown Dallas recently.
