I have all my accounts with Wells Fargo, including a car loan through their dealer services. I went to this branch with wire instructions from Wells Fargo Dealer Services on how to wire a loan payoff. They were not able to wire the money and we spent a long time with them on the phone with their dealer services department. The solution was for me to withdraw cash and go to the Chase bank down the road to wire the money back to Wells Fargo. The banker did not seek help from her manager and although she was very apologetic, she never solved the problem. Wow.
