Do you think remodeling is a daunting project? Try doing it from another state! After my aunts house was flooded by a back up sewer we were left with just the walls. We needed a reliable and honest contractor to rebuild our home from top to bottom. How difficult can it be? there are hundreds of contractors, so we thought. After firing two contractors we were dishearten, until, Cavalry came to the rescue! We were blessed to have found Josh Hughes and Zack Kouns. They are what we were looking for: reliable, honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and had lots of patience. Because, I was in another state we had to communicate through the technology that is available nowadays, neither Josh nor Zack had any problems with that request. I was kept informed, I was consulted, and my favorite; they always answer my questions in a timely manner. Everything should be that easy! Yes there were a couple of minor issues with the subs but they were resolved in a timely manner. At the end of the project the punch list was small and dealt with it in a reasonable amount of time. After a couple of months we have this brand new home. It turned out beautiful and just the way we wanted it. We couldn't be happier There is only one sad thing, which is, the project is done and truly I'm going to miss them both. I am an interior designer in California, that is where the patience comes in.
